  • If you do not have a retail store near you, you can contact one of our ambassadors by email who will be happy to give you a full demonstration and allow you to test the stroller and its accessories.

  1. Is it possible to pay in installments?

Yes, payment in 3 or 4 installments is available on our site with Alma or PayPal.

  1. Do you ship to Europe?

Yes, we can deliver to you anywhere in Europe.

  1. What are the return deadlines and conditions?

You can return your package up to 15 days after purchase and you will receive a refund via your original payment method. Your item must be new and in its original packaging.

  1. What is the warranty period for the stroller?

The stroller comes with a 2-year warranty, covering all parts.

  1. If I have a problem with a stroller under warranty, who should I contact?

If you purchased your stroller in a store or from a Vidiamo reseller website, you have three options:

  1. What should I do if part of my stroller breaks after the warranty expires?

Beyond the 2-year warranty period, we can repair your stroller after providing you with a repair estimate. However, some spare parts are available for purchase on our website and are easily replaceable.

  1. Is the Limo accepted as carry-on baggage?

No, the Limo format is not accepted as carry-on baggage.

  1. What is the weight of the limousine?

The Limo weighs 10.5 kg.

  1. Does the rain cover also cover the child sitting on the jump seat?

Yes, the rain cover is adjustable from single to double thanks to a zipper. Hoops allow the rain cover to be held above the jump seat when the stroller is in double position.

  1. Does the jump seat ensure the child's comfort and can it recline in different ways?

Yes, the jump seat offers the same comfort as the main seat and has the same amount of foam. To allow it to fold under the main seat, the fabric is very taut, giving it a somewhat stiff feel.

The tilt angle of the jump seat was studied over several months with children of different ages to find the ideal seating position for them. For safety reasons, the jump seat does not yet offer multiple tilt angles.

  1. From what age and until what age can a child use the jump seat?

The jump seat is suitable for children from 12 months to 5/6 years old. The absence of a canopy allows even older children to sit comfortably. Furthermore, the stroller is approved for use up to 36 kg. The weight can therefore be distributed according to your needs and preferences.

  1. Can a newborn be placed in the main seat?

Yes, the Limo is approved for use from birth up to 36 kg. The Limo can accommodate a newborn in the main seat in a lie-flat position with the harness in the lowest position, as a car seat using adapters, and in the bassinet. All three options are compatible with the jump seat open.

  1. Are the limousine's wheels all-terrain?

Yes, the Limo adapts to all types of terrain thanks to its compact yet wide wheels, which ensure good grip on all surfaces (countryside, forest, beach, snow, mountains, cobblestones). Its four-wheel suspension and steerable or fixed front wheels allow it to navigate just about anywhere.
