Vidiamo SAS (“Vidiamo”) processes personal data. We respect your privacy and ensure that your personal data is used carefully and securely, in compliance with legal limitations. Who are we?
Vidiamo is a childcare company specializing in innovation. We design and produce products that combine design with engineering and beauty with functionality. We are based in France, at 54 rue Perronet, 92200 Neuilly-sur-Seine.
What personal data does Vidiamo collect from you?
Vidiamo collects different kinds of personal data:
When you purchase a product, you will also receive a request to provide your payment information. This personal data will be collected and processed directly by one of our third-party payment providers. These third parties are responsible for processing your payment data within the limits set by law. Vidiamo does not have access to your payment data, and this personal data will not be collected or processed by us. Therefore, this Privacy Statement does not apply to the aforementioned information processing activities. You may share personal information about other people with us. For example, their address and contact details when you enter a different delivery address during checkout. Please note that it is your responsibility to verify whether these individuals consent to the sharing of their personal data with Vidiamo.

Vidiamo collects and processes your personal data for the execution of purchase contract(s) concluded with you, administration, services, communication and marketing (personalized or not) and fraud investigations, for quality and management reasons as well as to meet legal obligations.
On what legal basis does Vidiamo process your personal data?
The processing of personal data is lawful only when based on one of the legal grounds listed in the exhaustive list. Vidiamo relies on three of these legal grounds. We process your data because of a contract, because Vidiamo has a legitimate interest in your data, or because you have given us your consent.
Contract performance. We use your personal data to carry out the preliminary steps necessary to enter into a contract and to perform any contract entered into with you.
Legitimate interest. We also use your personal data for Vidiamo's legitimate interests. You will find more information regarding Vidiamo's legitimate interests in the following sections.
Consent. Your consent allows us to use your personal data for marketing purposes and/or to assist us with our market research. You can withdraw your consent at any time. To learn how, please refer to the section "Can you withdraw your consent later?".
Vidiamo needs to process your personal data to create and maintain a lasting relationship with its customers, to monitor and improve its products, services, and processes, and to protect the company's interests. For example, to inform our customers about new products, services, and activities, to request customer feedback on our products, to prevent security issues and misuse of our applications, or to protect Vidiamo's interests in (potential) legal proceedings.

When necessary, your personal data is transferred and/or processed outside the European Union. Vidiamo has taken all necessary measures to ensure that transfers are carried out only within the limits permitted by law.

Vidiamo is authorized to transfer (legally) your personal data to countries that rely on what is known as a "compliance decision." A compliance decision is a decision made by the European Commission that requires the country in question to guarantee an adequate level of protection for personal data.
