  1. Is it possible to pay in installments?

Yes, payment in 3 or 4 installments is available on our site with Alma or PayPal.

Yes, we can deliver anywhere in Europe.

  1. What are the return deadlines and conditions?

You can return your package up to 15 days after purchase and receive a refund via your original payment method. The item must be new and in its original packaging.

  1. What is the warranty period for the stroller?

The stroller comes with a 2-year warranty, including all parts.

  1. What should I do if a part of my stroller breaks after the warranty expires?

After the 2-year warranty period, we can repair your stroller after providing you with a quote. However, some replacement parts are available for purchase on our website and are easily replaceable.

  1. Is the limousine accepted as carry-on luggage?

No, the Limo format is not accepted as carry-on luggage.

  1. What is the weight of the limousine?

The limousine weighed 10.5 kg.

  1. Does the rain cover also cover the child sitting in the booster seat?

Yes, the waterproof cover can be adjusted from single to double mode thanks to a zipper. The rings allow it to be secured above the folding seat when the stroller is in double mode.

  1. Does the folding seat ensure the child's comfort and can it be reclined in different ways?

Yes, the folding seat offers the same comfort as the main seat and has the same amount of foam. In order for it to fold under the main seat, the fabric is very tight, which gives it a somewhat rigid feel.

The angle of inclination of the folding seat was studied for several months with children of different ages to find the ideal position. For safety reasons, the folding seat does not yet offer multiple angles of inclination.

  1. From what age and up to what age can a child use the folding chair?

The folding seat is suitable for children aged 12 months to 5/6 years. As it does not have a hood, even older children can sit comfortably. In addition, the stroller is approved for a weight of up to 36 kg. This means you can distribute the weight according to your needs and preferences.

  1. Can a newborn travel in the main seat?

Yes, the Limo is approved for use from birth up to 36 kg. It can accommodate a newborn in the main seat in a horizontal position with the harness in the lowest position, as a car seat with adapters, and in the carrycot. All three options are compatible with the open folding seat.

  1. Are the limousine's wheels all-terrain?

Yes, the Limo adapts to all types of terrain thanks to its compact but wide wheels, which guarantee good grip on all types of surfaces (countryside, forest, beach, snow, mountains, cobblestones). Its four-wheel suspension and front wheels, which can be steered or fixed, allow it to travel practically anywhere.
