Manufacturer's warranty

As a manufacturer, VIDIAMO, based in Neuilly sur Seine, distributes Vidiamo strollers and accessories (hereinafter referred to individually and collectively as "product") covered by a warranty, in accordance with the following conditions:

1. The manufacturer's warranty period is 24 months from the date of purchase indicated on the receipt. The remaining warranty on the original product will apply in the event of replacement of a part or the product itself, or repair of the product.

2. This manufacturer's warranty applies only in the regions (United States, Europe, Japan, or Israel) where the product was purchased. Vidiamo guarantees the product's compliance only with the legal provisions or government regulations applicable in the regions where it was sold. Vidiamo reserves the right to apply a different warranty for these specific regions.

3. The manufacturer's warranty covers only the product purchased for private use. It expressly does not cover any product used for commercial purposes, including, but not limited to, products intended for rental.

4. The manufacturer's warranty entitles you to a repair, unless Vidiamo deems it necessary to replace or refund the product. Vidiamo will bear the costs and risks associated with transporting the products to and from the retailer (hereinafter, the "distributor") where you purchased them, provided that the repair is covered by the manufacturer's warranty.

5. Vidiamo reserves the right to discontinue production of a specific model, color, finish, or accessory and, in this case, will replace the defective part during the warranty period with an equivalent product, color, or finish.

6. Any claim under this warranty must be submitted to Vidiamo and must include the following items:

• A copy of the dated proof of purchase
• A clear description of the claim
• The defective product and/or photographs of the defective part or product

7. This warranty is non-transferable and, therefore, can only be invoked by the first owner.

8. This does not affect your statutory rights in any way, such as the right to hold the reseller liable for defects.

WHAT DOES THE MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY COVER?

This warranty applies to the product and covers the following:

• All manufacturing defects in the chassis and wheels.
• All manufacturing defects in adapters (car seat adapters)
• Zippers
• All components of your Vidiamo stroller harness
• The seams of the garment
• Velcro straps
• The color scheme

THE MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY WILL BE VOIDED:

• If you have made any modifications or repairs yourself or through a third party without first receiving written authorization from Vidiamo or the distributor.
• If the defects result from negligence or accident and/or use or maintenance that does not comply with the instructions in the user manual.
• If the serial number has been damaged or removed.
• If the damage is due to normal wear and tear of the product.
• In the event of incorrect installation or assembly of parts from other manufacturers that are not compatible with the product.
• In the event of accidental or unintentional damage, misuse, or negligence.
• In case of improper storage or maintenance of the product.
• In the event of damage to the handle or fabric materials resulting from normal daily use of the product.
• In case of holes or tears in the tires.
• In the event of damage due to improper use or failure to follow the instructions in the user manual.
• In the event of damage caused by repairs carried out by unauthorized persons or improper disassembly of the product.
• In the event of damage related to transportation (by air or other means): After any transportation by airline (or other carrier), carefully inspect your Vidiamo product. In the event of damage, file a claim immediately with the airline.
• In the event of customer dissatisfaction with the size, weight, characteristics, color, or style of the product.

IMPORTANT

The manufacturer's warranty for this product is valid for 24 months from the date of purchase shown on your proof of purchase. Keep your proof of purchase in a safe place and make a copy. If you wish to make a claim under the manufacturer's warranty, please contact your seller first. If they are unable to repair the defect, or if you purchased the product directly from Vidiamo, please contact us by email at info@vidiamo.com or by phone at +33688473597. For any claims not covered by the manufacturer's warranty, please contact your retailer.

Vidiamo reserves the right to modify these manufacturer warranty provisions.

SPARE PARTS
