Manufacturer's warranty

In its capacity as manufacturer, VIDIAMO, whose head office is located in Neuilly sur Seine, distributes Vidiamo strollers and accessories (hereinafter, individually and jointly, the "product") covered by a warranty, in accordance with the following conditions:

1. The manufacturer's warranty period is 24 months from the date of purchase indicated on the receipt. The remaining warranty for the original product will apply if a part or product is replaced or the product is repaired.

2. This manufacturer's warranty applies only in the regions (United States, Europe, Japan, or Israel) in which the product was purchased. Vidiamo warrants that the product complies only with the legal provisions and/or government regulations that apply in the regions in which the product was sold. Vidiamo reserves the right to apply another warranty for those specific regions.

3. The manufacturer's warranty covers only the product purchased for private use. It does not expressly cover any product used for commercial purposes including, but not limited to, products intended for rental.

4. The manufacturer's warranty gives you the right to repair unless Vidiamo believes that a replacement or return of the product is necessary. Vidiamo will bear the costs and risks incurred in transporting the products to and from the retailer (hereinafter, the "retailer") from whom you purchased the product, provided that the repair is covered by the manufacturer's warranty.

5. Vidiamo reserves the right to stop production of a specific model, color, trim or accessory and, in this case, will replace the defective part with an equivalent product, color or trim during the warranty period.

6. Any claim under this warranty must be filed with Vidiamo and must include the following:

• A copy of the dated proof of purchase
• A clear description of the claim
• The defective product and/or photographs of the defective part or product

7. This warranty is non-transferable and can, therefore, only be invoked by the first owner.

8. It does not affect your statutory rights, such as the right to hold the dealer liable for defects.

 

WHAT DOES THE MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY COVER?

This warranty applies to the product and covers the following items:

• All manufacturing defects in the chassis and wheels
• All manufacturing defects in adapters (car seat adapters)
• Zippers
• All parts of the harness for your Vidiamo stroller
• The seams of the dressing
• Velcro straps
• Colour fastness

 

THE MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY WILL BE VOIDED:

• If you have carried out modifications or repairs yourself or through a third party without prior written authorization from Vidiamo or the reseller.
• If the defects are the result of negligence or accident and/or use or maintenance not in accordance with the instructions in the user guide.
• If the serial number has been damaged or removed.
• If the damage is due to normal wear and tear of the product.
• In the event of incorrect installation or assembly of parts from other manufacturers that are not compatible with the product.
• In case of accidental or unintentional damage, improper use or negligence.
• In case of improper storage or maintenance of the product.
• In case of damage to the handle or fabric materials resulting from normal daily use of the product.
• In case of holes or tears in the wheels.
• In the event of damage due to improper use or failure to follow the instructions in the user guide.
• In the event of damage due to repairs carried out by unauthorized persons, or improper disassembly of the product.
• In case of transport damage (by air or other means): After any transport by an airline (or other carrier), carefully inspect your Vidiamo product. In case of damage, immediately file a complaint with the carrier.
• If the customer is dissatisfied with the size, weight, functionality, colour or style of the product.

 

IMPORTANT

The manufacturer's warranty for this product is for a period of 24 months from the date of purchase stated on the proof of purchase. Keep your proof of purchase in a safe place and make a copy. If you wish to make a claim under this manufacturer's warranty, please contact your dealer first. If your dealer is unable to repair the defect or if you purchased your product directly from Vidiamo, please contact us by email at info@vidiamo.com or by phone at +33688473597. For any claims not covered by the manufacturer's warranty period, contact your dealer. 

Vidiamo reserves the right to modify these provisions of the manufacturer's warranty. 

 

REPLACEMENT PARTS
