Vidiamo's shipping policy applies only to purchases made on Vidiamo.shopify.com. Please note that Vidiamo only accepts the return of items purchased on our website. Products purchased from another distribution channel will have to be processed through the distributor in question.
If you purchased your product from an authorized Vidiamo retailer, please contact that retailer for more information.
Modes of delivery:
Vidiamo cooperates with a number of carriers, such as GLS, UPS, DHL, DPD and others. In order to offer you the best service, Vidiamo reserves the right to choose the most suitable carrier to handle your order. The carrier chosen depends on your region and the size of your order. Delivery time is generally 3 to 5 working days, depending on the delivery location in Europe.
Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, except on public holidays. Please note that weather, busy periods and public holidays may delay delivery of your order.

Order change/cancellation
Unfortunately, it is no longer possible to cancel an order that has already been validated. If you wish to cancel your order, you have the following options:
Missing/bad product
Once you have received your package, please check the contents immediately. If a product is missing from your order, please email us at info@vidiamo.com within 48 hours of delivery. All VIDIAMO packages are checked for weight irregularities. Some products will only be replaced at our sole discretion.
What is the return policy for VIDIAMO products?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from receipt of the product to return it (shipping costs at your expense) and receive a full refund. If you wish to return the product, please note that it must be unused and returned in the condition in which you received it (undamaged, free of scratches, with original labels, instructions for use, warranty information and other tags and packaging), preferably in its original packaging to avoid damage in transit. You can of course remove the package from its packaging to check that it meets your expectations. If you damage the product while trying it on, you may not receive a full refund.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase or any part of your purchase, you may return the product with the carrier of your choice, following the instructions below:

Unfortunately we are not yet able to carry out an exchange of goods. If you wish to exchange a product, please go through the return procedure indicated above. You will then be able to order the replacement product by placing a new order online.
How and when will I receive my refund?
The method of repayment depends on the means of payment. If you paid for your order via PayPal, the amount will be refunded directly to the PayPal account used for the original payment. If you paid by bank transfer, the money will be transferred to your bank account. In this case, we will contact you to obtain your bank details in order to make the refund. You will be refunded within 14 days of the return of your product. Please note that the refund may take up to 9 working days to appear on your bank account.
