Frequently asked questions?

1️⃣ Will I be charged extra if the stroller is scratched or damaged at the end of my rental? 

No charge. We expect to collect the limo with normal wear and tear, including scratches and other signs of stroller wear for the duration of your rental. Don't stress, we know that a stroller lives mainly outdoors and is subject to many hazards, all of which is included in your rental offer. 


2️⃣ What happens if my Limo stroller is stolen? 

Your rental offer includes compulsory insurance against theft, which is already included in the price. So you'll have to deal with the insurance company if this happens, but this cost is already included in your contract. 


3️⃣ What happens if an airline breaks or seriously damages my Limo stroller? 

If you're traveling with your Limo and the airline breaks or damages it too much, you must file a complaint with the airline to obtain reimbursement directly from them, as if the stroller belonged to you. All airlines are liable in the event of damage to a passenger's baggage. 


4️⃣ Can I rent the bassinet separately? 

We currently offer two rental options... one with the stroller alone, and one with the stroller and bassinet. It's not yet possible to rent the bassinet alone, but the cost of renting the bassinet doesn't change much compared to renting the stroller, so if you're not sure, it's easier to take the bassinet option right from the start.
